The fill in a form service can be used without supplying any personal information. However in completing a form you may provide personal information as required by the details on the form. All information provided as part of completing the form (including your signature) is stored entirely in your browser's local storage and is only transferred to our servers when you choose to generate a completed pdf. We hold the information on our servers only as long as it takes to generate the pdf. We also remove the generated pdf once it has been downloaded by you. No personal information provided to complete a form is stored long term on our servers.

You may be asked to enter your email address if you would like to stay informed of upcoming features or services.

How do we use your information?

We only use your information for the purpose it was provided. If you provide personal information to complete a form it will be used to generate the form and will then be removed. If you provide an email address to learn more about a new service or feature we may send you emails about the appropriate service or feature.

We do not use your information for any other purposes. We do not pass on your personal information to any third parties.

How do we protect your information?

We use PCI compliant hosting providers to provide our services. We actively keep the software up-to-date with the latest bug-fixes and patches. We actively monitor vulnerbility summaries and security alerts from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security and other similar services to stay aware of and mitigate the latest known risks within the software we use.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all information you supply is encrypted in transfer via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
